How do I use the dividend stock screener?
Combine filters such as yield range, current dividend profile, payout ratio, sector, and yield-relative valuation labels to narrow the research list. A profile compares yield, payout context and trailing-12-month dividend growth within the same history tier.
What is the Current Dividend Profile?
Income-led, Balanced and Growth-led profiles describe current dividend traits within a company’s Dividend King, Aristocrat or Contender history tier. Review flags a dividend decline, elevated payout context or irregular growth data. It is not a forecast or a recommendation.
How is the yield-relative valuation label determined?
“Yield above 5Y average” applies when current dividend yield is more than 10% above its 5-year average; “Yield below 5Y average” applies when it is more than 10% below. These labels compare yield with the company’s own history and are not price targets or buy/sell signals.
How often is the screener data updated?
The site publishes a dated snapshot collected on a best-effort daily schedule through GitHub Actions. The timestamp for each stock’s data appears on its detail page.
